TrackEd is a powerful student coaching tool and student performance analytics package designed specifically for school admin teams. Partnering with over 200 schools we want to help you get the **most** out of the TrackEd platform, to better monitor and engage with students on their academic progress and help drive school improvement.

**Workshop Purpose:** The aim of this workshop is to help schools get the most out of TrackEd. We will be demonstrating core functionality and new features of the platform, share real use-case examples and invite discussion as a group. 

**Workshop Content:** During this session, many TrackEd features will be demonstrated with a focus on how to put TrackEd to work at your school. Time is reserved for group discussion and questions about how to get the most out of the system in your context. The session is suitable for people who are new to TrackEd and would like an overview of what it can do and for those who are already familiar with the core functionality of TrackEd and would like to extend their use of it. All content covered is also available after the session in online videos and slides, and we encourage you to reinforce your learning by reserving some time to "play" with TrackEd soon after the workshop.

**Please Note:** In this session bringing your own laptop is optional, as all functionality will be demonstrated from the front using an example dataset. If you do want to bring your TrackEd along you can. If you are using the server deployment at your school you will need your school tech to give you a recent backup copy of TrackEd to save to your PC, as you cannot access the school server away from school. Though this session is not designed to be a step by step walkthrough for using TrackEd, it can still be helpful to have TrackEd with you to try some things out yourself as we go.

**Venue Details:** Morning Tea and Lunch are supplied by the venue. If you have any specific dietary requirements please enter them during registration. We recommend using public transport or pre-booking parking at nearby carparks.
